These are the perfect amount of flavor, very little spice! They're very versatile, too. We eat them by themselves dipped in mustard, on a bun, or chopped up in scrambled eggs for a breakfast burrito. You can't go wrong with these!

There's just something special about pasture raised beef especially when it comes from a small local farm. The meat itself tastes better and getting to know the folks who work so hard to produce it is an added bonus. I'm so happy to see them at the Market every week!
