I on a whole don't eat beef, only cause the strip steaks from the stores are tasteless and tough, but thought I would try Holton's. So glad I did, these strip steaks are awesome, great flavor, tender and I didn't even have to put seasoning on them for taste. Will definitely keep buying them and you can't beat the price. Cheaper than in the stores and 100% better.

There's just something special about pasture raised beef especially when it comes from a small local farm. The meat itself tastes better and getting to know the folks who work so hard to produce it is an added bonus. I'm so happy to see them at the Market every week!
