Pork Sage Sausage Patties

Our pork sage sausage patties are another fan favorite and don't last long! Our pork is born and raised on the same property, is grain-fed for an optimal nutritious diet, and processed and packaged at a USDA inspected facility. The sausage is made with simple ingredients, including pork, salt, mustard flour, pepper, and sage. Our pork products are vacuum sealed and frozen at the peak of freshness. 4 patties per package, packages are about 1 lb each.
