Pork chops? Who would have thought!

I bought my first pork chops with bone in I got to say in 30 years. Pork chops that I have gotten have always been dry and tasteless and took forever to chew.. Figured it was me, BUT.. oh my gosh!!! I grilled these pork chops and what flavor!! They were nice and thick and juicy! I will be definitely be adding these to my list.. Awesome taste and so tender..

I finally got the chance to bake these chops and they were delicious. Tender, juicy, with a good fatty stripe.
