Packed Beef Half

• 62 packs of bulk ground beef (packs about 1 lb each)
• 20 packs of 1/3 pound burger patties (packs about 1.3 lb each)
• 6 beef chuck roasts 
• 4 packs of sirloin steaks (1 steak per pack, cut 1 inch thick)
• 2 packs of beef short ribs
• 12 packs of ribs steaks (1 steak per pack, cut 1" thick)
• 2 brisket halves (point or flat)
• 2 rump roasts
• 2 beef shoulder roasts
• 12 packs of T-bone steaks (1 steak per pack, cut 1" thick)
• 2 sirloin tip roasts 
• 2 packs of soup bones
