Medallion/Filet Steaks

Medallion (aka filet) steaks are tender, packed full of flavor, and are an absolute favorite for our customers! Our beef are naturally raised and fed a certified non GMO feed and are processed and packaged at a USDA inspected facility. Our filets are cut 1” thick, available as single steak packages, vacuum sealed and frozen at the peak of freshness. Hurry, these yummy steaks don't last long! Packages are about 0.3 to 0.4 lb each.
