Packed Beef Quarter

• 31 packs of bulk ground beef (packs about 1 lb each)
• 10 packs of 1/3 pound burger patties (packs about 1.3 lb each)
• 3 beef chuck roasts 
• 2 packs of sirloin steaks (1 steak per pack, cut 1 inch thick)
• 1 pack of beef short ribs
• 6 packs of ribs steaks (1 steaks per pack, cut 1" thick)
• 1 brisket (point or flat)
• 1 rump roast
• 1 beef shoulder roast 
• 6 packs of T-bone steaks (1 steaks per pack, cut 1" thick)
• 1 sirloin tip roast 
• 1 pack of soup bones
